Midlife Transition Coach

I’m so glad you’re here!

About Me

I currently live in a charming 100-year-old home on a Greek island, surrounded by the Aegean Sea, with the love of my life, doing work that excites and inspires me. It sounds like a dream—but it wasn't always this way.

Growing up in a middle-class American family, I was raised by a hard-working single mother on one income. We didn't have a large support network or the luxury of choosing both tennis and music lessons—it was one or the other. If you've ever felt like things were out of reach, you know what that's like.

But this taught me to think outside the box. I earned degrees in Economics and Sociology with a minor in Business from the University of California, Irvine. After a brief stint in finance, I returned to a safe but unfulfilling career, making good money but lacking satisfaction.

At 30, I made a bold move—I got married, left my career, and started a business in the challenging food industry. With more passion than savings, I grew it over ten years from a two-person team to nearly 50 employees in a 10,000-square-foot facility. We went through a partial buyout and entered corporate America via a fast-paced CPG startup we sold to. Suddenly, I had double the staff, double the space, and quadruple the problems.

As I approached 40, a stress-induced ER visit became my wake-up call. Nurses thought I was having a stroke; the doctor laughed at my work laptop in the hospital bed. Despite achieving 'success'—the corporate titles, ocean-view home, designer furniture—I wasn't happy. The harder I worked, the more happiness slipped away, even as I checked off goals and bucket-list items.

What Changed

In August 2020, during the first year of the COVID pandemic, I woke up ready for change. I questioned everything: Was I happy in this house? Did I enjoy my career or the company that bought us out? Was I having a midlife crisis? When was the last time I felt truly cherished in my marriage? That morning, I made a commitment. By my birthday in November, just a few months away, I would quit my job, find a new one, sell the house, and move to the Pacific Northwest—a place that had always been on my "one day" list. No more "one day." It was time for "today."

My journey to rediscover joy took me on an incredible ride. I moved to Seattle, reconnected with lifelong friends, became a partner in a fintech company based in Dubai, hiked Mount Saint Helens, asked for a divorce, quit another corporate job to take some time off, and sold the house in Seattle. I bought my own place in Oregon, spent two wonderful years single, developed new friendships, started an art business, and found deep, resounding joy and peace.

What Now

I travel the world with the love of my life splitting our time between the Greek village we live in, the United States and anywhere else our road takes us! I didn’t get here by accident, and I didn’t get here by luck - it takes work, trust and the curiosity to wonder, “What if there is more?” Working with each of you to help unlock more happiness, purpose and fulfillment is my life’s work. I will continue to push myself in new directions and I hope to inspire you to consider the same.

Everyone has a different level of ‘enough’, but if you find yourself wanting more I am 100% here by your side to see that we make it happen!
